The Workplan is a day planner where all Salespeople's tasks are organized, separated into five tabs as follows:

On the Work Plan tabs; My Followups, My After the Sales, My Fetch Campaign, My Issues, and Unsold a user can now sort by Teams View in the Sales Person drop down.  The Teams will come from the teams entered in Showroom Configuration > Sales Teams, when sorting by Team view on the Work PLan tabs it will sort and only show the Sales Person that is a member of that Team. When sorting by Team View the user will also have the option to print in Team View as well. This sort option is also in the Traffic Log

When completing Tasks through the Workplan you will be directed to the Profile to contact customer and update the task accordingly. If there are no other tasks due for the user to complete, the user will be automatically directed back to the Workplan. If there are other tasks to complete a pop-up message will appear asking the user if they'd like to remain on the profile to complete the other tasks or return to the Workplan.Â
If a Manager selects a Salesperson from the drop down and goes from the Workplan to the Portfolio tab the selected Salesperson will remain when moving between these two tabs only.Â
