Enhancements:
Maintenance Configuration - Admin users can now create or modify a Dealership's Maintenance Schedules.
Fetch -
Deal Date Service - Fetch now includes Deal Date Service which displays the Service Deal Date. This differs from Deal Date which is based upon the F&I.
Imports - Admins can import lists into DealerMine directly from their desktop without the need to to email a CSV file.Â
Recycle - Copy and Raise Issue: An option has been added in the Recycle screen to Copy and Raise an Issue using the comments entered on the Recycle to save the need for duplicate entry and to increase daily productivity. If clicked, the text entered in the comments box copies to the Issue screen after the Recycle is completed, and once completed, the Issue screen is presented and the text is pasted into the Issues comment's box. There is also a new linking option on the Issue Management Screen, for more detail, see below:   Â
Issue Management Screen - there is now an option to Link to last Sales Deal along with Link to last RO. If a contact type is CSI and if Copy and Raise Issue is selected from the Recycle screen, when the Issue Management screen is presented, the Link to last Service RO is checked. If the same steps are taken and Sales is the contact type, when the Issue Management screen is presented, the Link to last Sales Deal is checked. Â

Themes - Click the Themes button to check out our new colours.
Home Tab - has been removed.Â
Resolutions:
Priority Codes - (ERA Stores Only) When no opcode priority is selected when booking an appointment in DealerMine, DealerMine will use the priority linked to the opcode in the DMS. Â
