List View
Select tab List View, and the appointments are displayed in greater detail
Along the top of the tab is a graph which displays a dealership’s booked appointments and hours. This is a representation of productive time. The first graph Appts displays how many appointments per maximum appointments are booked for the day. The second graph Hours displays how many hours per maximum hours are booked for the day. If the view is sorted By Team, the same graph is displayed. The system won't allow for over-booking.
List view displays the Appointment Time with a graph. The graph represents the time slot's availability as described in the table below:
The columns display the Promise time (directly below the bolded Appointment Time as described above), Name, Customer #, Vehicle, VIN, Booked By, Comments and Booked date fields. Below those fields, and depending on the radio button selection, Op Codes can be displayed as described below:
Op Codes Radio button selection
Show All: Displays all op codes for all the appointments
Hide: Hides all op codes
Show for Selected Appt: Shows op codes for the selected appointment
