Our one-click Desking screen opens automatically, displaying 15 + payment options instantly.  Incentives can be automatically applied for lease, finance and cash or must be applied manually. See Desking Configuration for more details.
The pricing summary will include a full breakdown of the vehicle, color, package, accessories etc., showing the total amount financed.
Click on any tax rate to change the rate. Tax rates altered will appear in red font.
Customer information will display at the top, along with Traffic Log details that can be updated. Click Customer Name to view Profile.
The Worksheet # and Vehicle details will display in the top right, with a link to Change/Add vehicle or view In Stock inventory.
If you Change/Add Vehicle you are essentially creating another worksheet for the same customer. The worksheet # area in the top right will show as a drop down if more than one worksheet has been created for one customer. You can now flip back and forth or print multiple for easy side by side comparisons.
Front Gross, Back Gross and Total Gross will also be visible below the vehicle image. Click to view a breakdown.Â
The middle portion of the screen shows our payment matrix for Lease, Finance and Cash, displaying 15 + options for various lenders.
The mileage drop down will allow you to change the mileage allowance which will affect lease payments only. You can add on Excess Mileage or enter a Starting Mileage for any lease. When you enter an upfront fee per km or mile the amount will be reduced from the residual value, but not affecting the LEV %.
Click the check box to Include Tax for Lease, Finance and Cash payments.
Single click any payments to present on a worksheet. (Boxes turn orange when selected) We recommend presenting no more than 4-6 payments for the best display and to also keep it simple for your customer.
Right click on any payment to roll payment, view incentives, change term, change residual and finalize a selection.
A final selection must be made in order to Push Deal. If the integration is available we will push the deal to F&I and display the Deal # in our Desking Screen.Â

Creating a Deal
When a customer has made a final decision on a vehicle and payment if your dealership has bi-directional integration that allows us to push to F and I, DealerMine will create a deal structure for you with the click of a button, displaying the deal number on the screen.

Because our Desking tool seamlessly integrates with our DealerMine Showroom CRM and Service CRM, complete customer profiles are automatically populated showing you all showroom, purchase history, contact history, service history and much more. Â
