The Name Tag stores recent activity performed by each user logged into DealerMine on a daily basis. Use this tab as a quick reference to finding recent customers that were inquired on, or recycled etc.Â
Service Users - Service Users will see a red orb on the name tag when they have saved appointment drafts waiting to be finalized. Draft appts will delete automatically after 14 days.
The Name Tag will display information for each user based on their Role as follows:
User Type 1 - General Manager
1. Today's Searches (also includes recently viewed for the General Manager only)
2. Completed Tasks (for all Showroom users)
3. Sold (who was marked as Sold Today on Traffic Log by all Showroom users)
4. Bookmark - if this feature is turned on for the user (default it will be on)
User Type 2 - Sales Manager/Spotter
1. Today's Searches (also includes recently viewed for the Sales Manager only)
2. Completed Tasks (for all Showroom users)
3. Sold (who was marked as Sold Today on Traffic Log by all Showroom users)
4. Today's Prospects (includes any newly added or converted Up's for all Showroom users)
5. Bookmark - if this feature is turned on for the user (default it will be on)
User Type 3 - Salesperson (SP_nametab_changes.png)
1. Today's Searches (also includes recently viewed)
2. Completed Tasks
3. Sold (who was marked as Sold Today on Traffic Log)
