The Recall is visible on any file where a VIN qualifies for an Open Recall. Always view the Vehicle Recalls tab to review all recall history and information regarding the OPEN Recall being flagged.
Click the icon  of the Box in the first column. An Open Recall popup is presented. Read the information regarding the Recall. To close the recall, select one of the following:
Done Elsewhere
Done Here
Not Applicable
If the Recall is closed, the icon changes to a closed box
