Administration - Email: Manage Templates - Templates can be edited and new ones can be added using this setup screen. All templates are setup for store/branch and associated with Contact Types, and will be accessible to all users.
Administration - Appointment Schedule: Transportation Configuration - Custom Transportation codes can now be added, along with a maximum number of appointments per day for each Transportation type. I.e. Shuttle (Max 8 per day)
Appointment Booking - We have added the option of booking for teams, and any Advisor assigned to that team. You can book for Any Team, Any Advisor and DealerMine will round robin to select the next team and Advisor in the list to book for.   Â
Appointment Booking - Book for Advisor will show (L) for Last Advisor and (P) for Preferred Advisor in the drop down list.
Appointment Booking - Each Appointment Coordinator will see their own name at the top of the list, in the Book for Advisor drop down.
Profile Screen - We have added an option to mark any phone number as the main phone number, and the main phone will be starred on the profile screen. Go to Customer Information and use the radio buttons to select a main phone for any customer.
Profile Screen - We have added a Themes drop down selector under the Administration button on the left hand side of the profile screen to allow easy access to change themes at anytime.
Profile Screen - We have added a Spord indicator to the bottom left hand corner of the profile screen. This indicator only appears when parts have arrived. There will also be a red orb above the Spord History tab as well.
Profile Screen - When viewing an indicator in the bottom left hand corner of the profile screen, I.e. Open Appt, Spord, No Show etc., we have lightened the background screen for easier viewing of customer information.
Profile Screen - We have added the Owner Name in the vehicle information section of the screen to verify the owner name matches the customer name on file. If viewing a merged file, the owner name may be different than the customer name. A merged file will have a white plus (+) symbol to the left of the VIN. Check the Customer Information screen > Merge to view all merged files as well.
Entire Application - We have added loading indicators which help notify the user when various parts of the application is still loading, I.e. Call Select, Customer Information, Vehicle Information, Recommended Maintenance, Service History.Â
Call Select - Recalls: Target options are now available for Recalls. Any user can select any number of recall campaigns they choose under Target Options.Â

Emails were not being tracked under the the Name Tab, under Today's Recycles. This issue has been resolved.
Turn Off History was recording under Contact History. It now only records under Turn Off History. Issue resolved.
The Contact Analysis Report had no set sort, and was not staying in any particular order when viewing. It is now sorted by the customer number and will always remain in this order.
The colors highlighting the recommended services were appearing incorrectly, highlighting services that have been done before in green, and services that have never been performed in white. This has been resolved.
There was an issue when booking an appt and selecting a recommended maintenance item that the complaint field was not populating. This has been resolved.
When adding a new customer and then a new vehicle year, make, model, you can now select any maintenance schedule as long as the component access is turned on to change maintenance schedules.
