A: All Social Leads that have been replied to in DealerMine Social where the customer has replied back to the dealership will be considered "Engaged". Â Social conversations will then move into the Engaged tab and you will be notified with a red Orb indicating the number of engaged leads that need your attention.
Q: How often does DealerMine look for new twitter handles on existing customers?
A: DealerMine will go out and listen for new Twitter handles once month (30 days) during this time DealerMine will also update any new Customer Enrichment information it finds on existing customer profiles.
Q: What is a favorite on Twitter?
A: A favorite on Twitter is similar to declaring your interest in a certain subject out loud, clicking on 'Favorite' on a Twitter post is your virtual way of saying you like it enough to mark it.
Q: How does DealerMine know the location of the customer?
A: DealerMine will detect the customer location in two places, data.location and data.author.location.. The first is provided if the user has turned on the GPS function while tweeting (we reverse geocode it), the second is the author's profile location (which DealerMine detects with our algorithms).Â
Q: If my dealership only has the Service CRM will I get both sales and service leads or service only?
A: Regardless of whether you have only the Sales or Service CRM with DealerMine, Social will provide you with all of the Leads and Classifications
Q: How does DealerMine qualify lead temperature: Hot vs Warm vs Cold?
A: The temperature of the lead is in relation to the "intent to buy" score associated with it. The temperatures breakdown as follows:
Hot (red) intent to buy : 76 - 100
Warm (orange) intent to buy: 51 - 75
Cold (blue) intent to buy: 50 or less
Q: Is it possible to access a customer file from a Social lead if DealerMine has the customers twitter handle saved on file?
A: You are able to access any customer file linked to a Social Media Lead where a DealerMine number is displayed to the right of the customers' name on the lead. Simply double click on any white space in the lead and DealerMine will automatically take you to the associated customer file. Once on the customer profile in the customer information section you will see the customers linked Twitter handle, if selected the customer's Twitter feed will appear on the right hand side of the screen. Use the Radio buttons on the top right hand-side of the Feed to view all of their tweets or their Social leads.Â
Q: How often does DealerMine update new social media leads?
A: DealerMine is constantly listening for new Social Leads and will update the Social tab in real time with new applicable leads.Â
W: Will new social media leads automatically be linked to an existing customer profile in DealerMine?
A: When the Lead comes in, DealerMine will look to see if it has a match to the Twitter handle already existing on a customer profile. If it only finds one match it will automatically make the link. To link the Lead to an existing customer or newly added Prospect file simply double click on any white area to begin searching your dealerships database for a customer match, or create a new Prospect file. Once a lead is linked a DealerMine customer number will appear to the right of the customer name in Social.Â
Q: Are all leads listed in the Social tab specific to the dealership?
A: All of the Leads displayed in the Social tab are specific to the Automotive Industry not the dealership, so other dealerships may see them. DealerMine will display for you on the lead itself the number of other dealerships in your region that have received the Tweet in Social as well.
Q: Will Social pick up on tweets relating to to car issues? Example " My car wont start" or "car troubles".
A: Yes Social will capture these type of Tweets. Through our Lead Classification, DealerMine would display these examples as Service/Repair or Asking for Help in the Social screen.Â
Q: Can I sort or filter leads by key word? Example - "looking to buy" or "purchase" or "wanting a new car" etc.?
A: With Social, DealerMine is automatically running these "keyword" and countless others sifts for you. Using Algorithmic Automotive Listening, DealerMine automatically monitors online conversations for potential opportunities and presents them to you, removing the manual process. We then use Lead Classification to automatically classify your Leads by their intent to buy, service, etc as well as providing scoring for quicker prioritization of your leads.
Q: How is the "Intent to buy" score calculated?
A: The Intent to Buy Score represents how much purchase intent is present in the message. We use 60+ signals to arrive at the score, and they include the properties of the message (semantic breakdown, sentiment,..) as well as properties of the author (age,disposable income level, interests etc.).
Q: What can you do with a fetch campaign for Twitter Handles?
A: DealerMine's new Social product allows dealerships to build a Fetch based on accounts with Twitter handles. Although there is no way to mass market to these customer via their Twitter handle, here are some reasons why a dealership would want this option; Â
