We have added the "Inactive" watermark to the search screen, which will appear at the bottom of the screen when searching on an "Inactive" customer file.Â

Appointments with no transportation type specified when booking will automatically default to the color code "drop off" in the Appointment Schedule.Â
There was an issue with the last contact on your list freezing when attempting to Recycle, send a letter or book an appointment. This has been resolved and the freezing should no longer occur.
We also re-worded one of the buttons in the Recycling screen to read "Save Don't Recycle" as opposed to "No Recycle" to eliminate any confusion.
In the Customer Information screen, we have renamed the "Household" tab to "Merge" since this tab stores all merged customer information for the customer file you are viewing. This tab also allows you to merge and unmerge any customer file as well.
