Performance Report Detail by Username

This report was created to provide you with more details pertaining to each appointment booked that is being tracked on the Performance Report.  This report will list all Users that have booked appointments for the time frame you are reporting on. (Today, This Month, Last Month, This Year, etc.)  Click on any Users name to view their details.  The appointments will be sorted in descending order based on "Booked Date".  

Important - This report can be helpful if you notice your Show % is low for the month and you're wondering what customers haven't shown for their appointments.  Use this report to look to see which appointments have no RO information.  This will indicate that customer didn't come in for their appointment.   

Report details include: Customer # and Full Name, along with vehicle information.  Booked Date, Appt Date, Appt Time, Appt Skills, Appt Skill Description, RO, RO Date, Sales Type, RO Skill, RO Skill Description, Maintenance Labour Sales, Maintenance Labour Gross, Labour Sale and Labour Gross.
