You have the ability to send a letter to any query of customers in Fetch. Click Send Letters in the Tools Menu while viewing any saved query. This will allow you to rename your campaign if necessary. Simply choose your letter from the drop down of available templates. Â
Contact History is automatically recorded for all customers who have been sent a letter. Once a Fetch query is sent a letter, this is now considered a Campaign and will be visible from the Campaigns tab. Â

The Letters tab will have a red orb indicating there are letters waiting to be printed.Â
NOTE:
Only letter templates that have been linked to the Marketing Call Type will be available to send in Fetch.
All customers turned off for letters will not be eligible to receive a letter sent in Fetch.Â
