Q: In the existing DM system users are able to change the maintenance schedule attached to the VIN, is this functionality available in the new DM?
A: Yes, when on the Profile screen a user with access to change a Maintenance Schedule is able to click on the Maintenance Schedule name and a drop down will display allowing the user change the Maintenance Schedule. To grant access go to the Admin Screen > User Setup > User Access > Profile and place a check in the "Change Maintenance Schedule on the Fly" Allow Access check box.

Q: What does the Last Maintenance Indicator represent?
A: The Last Maintenance indicator was designed to help users be prepared when speaking to customers who were recently through the dealership and had an RO completed but still within the Trigger specifications as they have not had a linked maintenance opcode performed. The last maintenance indicator is VIN specific. The last maintenance indicator is flagged on any VIN that has been in for a non-maintenance service visit recently (not less than 29 days ago), but less than the starting parameters of the Maintenance Trigger Specifications. If the Last Ro Date in months is prior to the starting parameters of the Trigger Specifications, I.e. 1, 2 or 3 months for example, and there was no Maintenance on the last RO, DealerMine will then look back for the Last RO that had Maintenance done and calculate the elapsed months from that date and prompt a contact for Maintenance. You may noticed vehicles populating for calls who have recently been in for service, one month ago for example, but your triggers specifications are set to 3-18 months. The reason this vehicle is populating for maintenance is because there was no maintenance completed on the previous RO and it has been at least 3 -18 months since maintenance has been performed. The Last Maintenance Indicator in DealerMine is alerting you of this. DealerMine will not start connecting on these vehicles until 30 days after the last RO, this prevents a call the day after the customer was already in to the dealership. If there was maintenance performed on the last RO and it is prompting before the trigger specs it is likely the opcode is not linked, therefore DealerMine is not recognizing a maintenance service was performed.
