Jangomail Integration
You have the ability to send mass emails in Fetch using our third party integration with Jangomail.Â
Go to Jangomail to setup your account. View their pricing packages here.
Once your Jangomail account is activated, enter your Jangomail Username and Password in the setup screen in DealerMine to activate the Send Email feature in Fetch.
Sending Emails in Fetch
While viewing any saved query, go to Tools - Send Email
Choose any Email Template from the drop down list. Only templates linked to Marketing will be available as a selection.
Option of changing your Campaign Name. This is not visible to the customer, and is only used for referencing purposes.
Distribute emails from: Choose any name to use as the send email, if more than one is chosen we will round robin. The DealerMine email account linked to the employee in the User Info tab or Store Access tab will be used as the Send Email.Â
Template and Subject line cannot be modified at this point. All changes would have to be made to the original template in the Manage Templates screen.
Click Send when ready.

NOTE:
Sending Emails through Fetch is only available with an active Jangomail account.
Only email templates that have been linked to the Marketing Contact Type will be available to send in Fetch.
All customers turned off for emails will not be eligible to receive an email sent in Fetch.
Contact History is automatically recorded for all customers who have been sent a letter. Once a Fetch query is sent a letter, this is now considered a Campaign and will be visible from the Campaigns tab.
