Appointment Schedule Report

The Appointment Schedule report will contain all appointments booked for the time frame being viewed, as selected in the reports screen. 

Appointments will list in order of appointment times, showing the the total number of appts booked for each interval, followed by estimated time for that interval.

The following information is displayed per appointment:

• • Cust #

  • Customer Name

  • Vehicle Information

  • Customer Phone Numbers

  • Salesperson NEW

  • Estimated Time

  • In Service Date

  • Comments

  • Booked By

  • Booked Date (date when appointment was booked)

  • Promise Time

  • OpCodes

  • Estimated Time & Description
