The Email Capture reports now also track if a second email has been added to a customer profile. The second email is considered an update, since only the first (primary) email can be counted as an "Add".

We have added a new column to the Email Capture Reports New (Traffic) which will show how many new emails were captured on Traffic Log entries. Double click any username to view a detailed page showing the customer name, customer # and email address.
1. Email Capture Report Overall
This report will track which user (all stores combined) added new emails, added new emails on Showroom Traffic Log entries, No Emails (box unchecked), Updated emails or Deleted emails from your database. This will help to track which users are consistently collecting emails and updating to ensure your email addresses are up-to-date.
2. Email Capture Report by Store
This report will track users for an individual store when they add new emails, added new emails on Showroom Traffic Log entries, No Emails (box unchecked), Updated emails or Deleted emails from your database. This will help to track which users are collecting and maintaining a clean email list for your dealership. Double click on any users name to view their list.
3. DealerMine User Log
This report will track how often a user is logging into DealerMine.Â
